Production and Shipping

PRODUCTION

Our products are handmade to order and usually takes 2-3 days to complete an order and ship.

Custom orders can take 4-5 Days to produce and ship. Unless otherwise arranged and agreed, custom orders may attract a surcharge from normal pricing.

SHIPPING
Our Prices INCLUDE WORLDWIDE AIRMAIL SHIPPING unless otherwise stated. We use Kenya Registered Airmail Post. Normally packages to Europe take 5 to 7 days and to the USA and Rest-Of-World, from 10 to 15 days. We guarantee all shipping, and if your package has not arrived within 28 days, we will replace it immediately. We register packages and send you the tracking number, although tracking isn't available in all countries.

*I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you need expedited shipping, we can offer an Upgrade via DHL Express and it takes  4-7 working days shipping, fully track-able for US$20.00.

All Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order, and usually 24 hours.

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations 
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
CANCELLATION
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
