All our products are handmade to order by skilled Maasai women artisans in Kajiado, Kenya.

  • Standard orders are crafted with care and are typically ready to ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom orders require more detailed work and usually take 4–7 business days to complete and ship.

Please note: Custom orders may attract a surcharge unless otherwise arranged and agreed in advance.

We offer FREE Worldwide Airmail Shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.

  • We ship via Registered Airmail Post.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Europe: 5–7 business days

    • USA & Rest of World: 7–10 business days

Every package is carefully tracked and registered. We’ll send you the tracking number as soon as your order ships (note: tracking may not be available in all countries).

Shipping Guarantee: If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 days, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Window:

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective)

Conditions of Return:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
